It was May 27, 1942 - like over most of Europe, a swastika flag is flying over the Prague Castle. Several brave men were about to confront the terror and execute an act that goes down in history as one of the most important actions of the resistance movement against Nazism. Reinhard Heydrich, SS-Obergruppenführer and Police General, Head of the Main Reich Security Office (RSHA) and Security Service (SD), acting as the Reich Protector of the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia from 1941 to 1942. He was involved in the persecution of Jews and later became one of the main architects of the Holocaust - that was their goal. Follow their footsteps. The whole route has 10 km, can be significantly shortened using public transport.
