Charles IV. he was a Roman-German king, an Italian (Lombard) king, a king of Burgundy, a Moravian margrave and a count of Luxembourg. He was the first Czech king to become emperor of the Holy Roman Empire and also the last crowned king of Burgundy. He thus became the sole ruler of all the kingdoms of the Holy Roman Empire.
